Yoga classes are located in Brisbane’s western suburbs Bellbowrie & Moggill. Haydie is an Iyengar Yoga teacher offering classes for Beginners to more advanced students. Private yoga classes are available, with remedial and therapeutic focus to support limitations, injury, illness, or for those wanting to expand and deepen their practice.
Inspirit Day Retreats are one day retreats focusing on Restoring Wellbeing for Women. They are held in rural Moggill – Brisbane. It’s a day of giving yourself some well deserved care and pampering. The experience includes restorative yoga, massage, meditation, sound bath healing and a gourmet lunch. Suitable for absolute beginners.
Stradbroke Island & Bali Retreats are held annually for students with yoga experience. These Retreats offer deep pampering, expanded yoga practice, time for inward reflection and rest, and an opportunity to reconnect with who you essentially are.
Health & Wellness Coaching focus on Personalised and Group programs tailored to your needs, of Nutrition, Healthy Lifestyle, Food as Medicine, identifying goals and Journeying towards Wellness and Wellbeing. Sessions are available in person and via Zoom and other platforms.
