Haydie Osborne is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.
Haydie comes from a family of Yoga practitioners and has been practicing yoga for almost 30 years and teaching for the past 16 in Brisbane. She was drawn to Yoga in her early twenties, practicing Astanga and then Iyengar Yoga. She has travelled extensively, living in India for half a year which instilled a love of yoga and was the beginnings of developing her ‘Yogic” path. In December of 2011 Haydie was fortunate to have travelled to Pune, India to study with the Iyengar family. Haydie has been a Yoga student and trainee of senior teachers over the years, training for the 5 years with Simon Marrocco. She is passionate about and committed to, continuing to develop her knowledge and embodiment of yoga, her personal practice and teaching experience. Her background in teaching is; General and Beginners classes, Mature classes, Women’s classes and Pre and Postnatal classes. She also runs Yoga Workshops and works for Radiance Retreats. Her aim is to create physical synergy and mental and emotional quietness. Using yoga to bring us closer to our true essence and source.
Haydie Osborne is a Health & Wellness Coach and Naturopath. She holds a Diploma of Applied Science and an International Certificate of Health Coaching. Haydie has been practicing in the health industry for over 20 years. She is passionate about health and taking control of our wellbeing through food. She loves to inspire others, share her enthusiasm for wellness, and to create new recipes and experiment with healing through food.
Haydie works first and foremost with Nutrition and Lifestyle, offering food as “our medicine”, looking at the diet and how it creates dis-ease or wellness, and what we can do to generate health. Haydie works with women who desire change and want a mentor and guide, and assistance in creating life long changes to health and wellbeing.
Haydie offers nutrition, mindful practices, deep listening, to bring about transformation. Always considering each persons unique lifestyle and being led by what the individual wants for their own life.
Haydie brings her many years of experience in natural therapies, yoga, meditation and wellness.
She holds a Diploma of Applied Science—Naturopathy ND (3 years AU), Integrative Nutrition Health Coach—Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN NY), is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (IYA AU), and holds Certificate 1 & 2 of Tibetan Traditional Sound Healing taught and passed on by Venerable Lobsang Tendar.
Haydie is a recognised Accredited member of Australian Traditional-Medicine Society , member of the International Association for Health Coaches and an Accredited member of Iyengar Yoga Australia.
