4 Days of Rest, Recuperation and Nourishment on the beautiful Stradbroke Island. Enjoy time out for your self, experiencing the beauty of the surrounds, whilst reconnecting to a more balanced you.
The Retreat is an opportunity to go deeper into your yoga practice with time dedicated to Pranayama and Meditation. Carefully prepared meals are offered with your health and nutrition in mind as well as nourishing your soul. Plenty of time to rest, relax and restore. It is time out from the requirements of daily life and a pause to inspire us. The Retreat is a wonderful opportunity to connect to your body, quieten your mind and encourage your wellbeing.
We start the day moving inwards with meditation, offering ourselves a space of quiet presence. Be invigorated with morning yoga. The Retreat includes sessions of Restorative yoga and Pranayama to calm and relax the nervous system.
The food is mostly organic with effort to source locally and within Australia first. I aim to share my ethos of sustainability, ecologically sound and conscious eating. Above all the food is wholesome, healthy and delicious with thought put into enhancing your wellbeing.
The Retreat includes daily/twice daily yoga, pranayama, meditation, walks, swimming, all meals, accommodation and linen.
Arrival is on Friday after lunch until Monday late morning. Participant must make their own way to the Island (either by water taxi and bus, or car ferry, the ferry terminal is approximately 45mins from the city).

“I loved the whole day! The reflexology was amazing – like doing two hours of meditation – as was the massage! The yoga was very relaxing and nurturing and the food was tasty and nutritious. The pacing of the yoga and staying long in each pose also made it really restorative.
