Pamper yourself with this nourishing and relaxing 6 hour retreat. Taking the time to wind down, move slowly and have your needs completely taken care of in a peaceful rural setting.

The Retreat includes 2 hours of Restorative Yoga, long slow and gentle poses using props to relax deeply and let go. The relaxing is further encouraged with 1 hour of Treatments – fully clothed and includes 30mins each of reflexology and neck and shoulder massage. To help us turn inwards we bring our focus to mindful and breath practice, meditation and relaxation. A sumptuous gourmet vegetarian lunch is served to stimulate the senses and bring pleasure to our taste buds. The experience is completed with a calming Sound Bath with Tibetan singing bowls.

This Retreat is a wonderful day of taking time out, filling yourself up and nurturing your inner you. The day is a gentle journey in finding peace and rest within. Suitable for absolute beginners to yoga and meditation, no experience necessary. Come and be supported and guided by Haydie and helpers.

Spending time in Bali is a magical and delightful treat that nurtures slowing right down and remembering what is important in your life. This Island is a place that allows one to connect with the sweetness of living and be nourished by the spirit of the people. The warmth, generosity, humility and simplicity of the Balinese people will touch and open your heart. We will be doing daily Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama to open our own body-mind and spirit. 4 Days of Rest, Recuperation and Nourishment on the beautiful Stradbroke Island. Enjoy time out for your self, experiencing the beauty of the surrounds, whilst reconnecting to a more balanced you.

The weekend is an opportunity to go deeper into your yoga practices with time dedicated to Pranayama and Meditation. Carefully prepared meals are offered with your health and nutrition in mind as well as nourishing your soul. Plenty of time to rest, relax and restore. It is time out from the requirements of daily life and a pause to inspire us. The Retreat is a wonderful opportunity to connect to your body, quieten your mind and encourage your Wellbeing.

The weekend includes daily/twice daily yoga, pranayama, meditation, walks, swimming, pilates, all meals, accommodation and linen.

Arrival is on Friday after lunch until Monday morning. Participant must make their own way to the Island.

Cost for 4 days and 3 nights is   –  Single  $895
