Its the season of passion fruit! GF Passion fruit cake. With passion fruit syrup soaked in. Very yummy. From myglutenfreeguide.com ♥️But I swapped castor sugar for Rapadura sugar and it worked well. Castor just too processed and white for me. Rapadura less refined and more nutrient. You don’t get that white white colour but a creamy gold. I also added lemon rind for a citrus tang.
